> Compensation Consulting and Planning -
Develop job descriptions, position analysis, collecting and interpreting salary survey data, developing and implementing range structures, etc.
> Diversity Training - Conducting diversity awareness programs.
> HR Audit & Tune Up - Review and analysis of existing HR programs for compliance.
> HRD/Management Development - High level management intervention with an objective to provide remedial skills for executive level management, career or management coaching, skill enhancement for managers and supervisors, etc. Leadership skills development.
> Interim HR Management & Support - Part time or full time on site or off site HR augmentation, interim service or replacement coverage during a leave or termination or simply to accommodate new growth needs until a new or regular employee is identified.
> Outplacement Programs -
A complete customized one to two day program designed to facilitate employee transition from a current employer, to outplaced status, to identifying a new position. This class/program can be delivered individually or in groups of up to 20 people.
> Performance Management - Implement employee evaluation programs, constructive discharge and or disciplinary action programs.
> Policy & Procedures - Writing, development and implementation of employee handbooks, policy and procedure manuals.
> Retention & Succession Planning - Analyzing attrition, implementing various strategies to improve retention, retention programs and strategies. Identify key positions, people and skill sets with a company, determine most suitable internal development/external replacement or restructuring strategies.
> Sexual Harassment Training -
In California, 2 hours minimum, every two years, is required training for all management personnel. We provide programs designed to address awareness and satisfy legal training requirements.
> Workers Compensation - IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Programs) and safety committee development and implementation, WC analysis and reporting.
> Workforce Utilization - This analysis/process may be rendered in conjunction with other services listed above including compensation planning, diversity, harassment training, performance management, etc. The service is offered as a form of counseling to Senior management, specifically applied in cases where the workforce is being restructured, RIF's (Reductions in Force) are required, and or other restructuring, retraining or redeployment is necessary to effectively maximize workforce utilization.
