Tracee Tulloh
Director, Business Development
Tracee Tulloh started with Duran HCP in 1994 -2001 and returned in 2004. She is responsible for Account Management, business development and customer service activities for the company. Tracee has worked with many Silicon Valley HR and Engineering professionals, assisting them in solving their human capital requirements. After several years working with the company in an account management, business development and customer service capacity Tracee went to work in the field for Duran HCP clients in a technical recruiting capacity with firms such as TDK Semiconductor, Trident, ESS Technology & Intuit. She then returned as Director of Account management and excelled in her responsibilities over the last three years managing our client relations lending support to HR/Staffing professionals, supporting our sourcers and recruiters in the field and contributing to the success of our technical sourcer/recruiting class. In addition she has been instrumental in solidifying partnerships with clients such as Chevron and Google.
In her professional career, Tracee has several years of experience in human resources consulting and contract recruiting. Her customer service skills are second to none and supported by a genuine sympathetic supportive nature. She is an excellent listener, with the ability to define issues and propose solutions equitable to all. In the past, Tracee has worked on some of the most difficult recruiting assignments for Duran HCP, working at more than one client specifically looking for analog and mixed signal design engineers. She is comfortable working all disciplines and levels in high tech and low tech, and has also worked with software/computer, communications/networking companies as well as semiconductor clients.
Tracee is active in local HR and recruiting associations including NCHRA (Northern California Human Resources Association), NHRA (National Human Resources Association), the HRCA (Human Resources Consultants Association) and the California Chamber of Commerce. As part of her job in order to maintain and develop her knowledge base in contemporary HR, Recruiting and Technology issues, she regularly attends numerous recruitment and technology conventions and seminars including the ERExchange, the Kennedy eCruiting Conferences, EMA, SHRM, CES and Comdex. Tracee is committed to being on the cutting edge of human capital recruitment and technology best practices.
Tracee is a Silicon Valley local, born in Los Gatos. Her personal interests include art, massage & interior design.
